As an ex-Marine we were taught a code of honor: nobody who fights side by side with you EVER gets left behind, no exceptions. If the chief had a beef with the guy you write him up or do whatever it is firechiefs do to disciple underlings. Not only should the chief get fired for leaving a comrade behind, but he also deserves a slap on the forehead for putting a mans life in danger, what if the guy got hit by a vehicle and killed during that 4 mile walk?

My wife lost her debit card and went through a living heck with Horizon----you call the main branch and they act like they are doing you a favor. I left them because they make you feel like you aren't important because you don't carry a huge balance every month. Sorry Horizon, I guess since I'm not one of your premier depositors I have to eat poop. Centier seems to understand me and they treat me like I'm their largest depositor even though I'm not. Although I'm never asked that often about banks, I never have a problem sticking a knife in Horizons back.
