- Why does he have to pick a side? Some people are just following the case and have no real interest in it but justice and only know what they read in the papers and don't have any first hand knowledge. That would include myself and most of the people on here. The difference is, some of us are willing to say they don't have first hand knowledge and others of us act as though they saw the entire thing play out in front of them and attack accordingly.

- shut up? seriously!? again, i will tell you that i would not know dustin if i tripped over him so i won't be kissing him goodbye, hello or otherwise. i have been following this in the paper just like everyone else. as far as my original point; it seems that amanda and dustin had an on again off again relationship. that doesn't make her a "hoe" as you so eloquently put it nor does it necessarily put any of the others into that category. oh, and i've made up my mind; you're 12.

- seriously, one of the girls he was with for some time at least, was amanda so i don't think the derogatory term you use is very flattering to her and unfortunately she isn't here to defend herself. i don't know anything about dustin but for some reason these girls you refer to include amanda. do you have to be vulgar just to make a point? i haven't decided if you're a 12 year old or a dirty old man with dementia.

- technically, he was 100% positively identified walking on 650 by someone who positively said he was 5'6" - 5'8" until the detective talked him up to 5'9". if i was on the jury and i was truly being objective, that witness' testimony would have to go out the window. it doesn't mean he didn't do it but i don't know how his testimony is ironclad. the cellphone experts are a wash just from what we have heard but who knows, maybe the jury is hearing something we're not. Lastly, I don't understand what the issue is with Blythe. I have never needed to shop in their stores but did he perjure himself or does his testimony not fit with your theories?
