Did anyone out there witness the accident Sat 12/22 12:30 pm at Horseprarie and 30? The woman that got hit is really hurt from getting hit by the SUV driver who is saying the light was green!! Witnesses are needed to clear up that not only was the driver who plowed the lady at fault, but also that the new lights are terrible for our type of weather in NWI. They are not safe at all. I think there was another accident at Horseprarie a few hours later.
