I am thinking maybe those who want to INCREASE TAXES SO WE CAN KEEP SPENDING..
should take a look at maybe, possibly, doing what their bosses do (taxpayers).. live with
what they have.. if they want to spend more, EARN more.. OBAMA economics do not work.

I hope the officials in charge of this program have more brains than those who had the high school destroyed and set aside tons of bricks to sell to those of us who went here for our education to buy for our use. what better way of raising money for the project. I spent 7 years in this school. I don't know why the Times correspondent did not touch on this aspect.
