Sorry, but your statistics don't really help your cause. With around 300 million people in the USA alone, that translates to about 1 million extreme couponers. Estimating conservatively saying there are 1 in 10 are shoppers, that still translates to 100,000 in the USA alone. That's still very high. As a couponer myself, though I've noticed it a lot harder to get as great a deal as I have done in the past, however, there are more than enough coupons to meet the average consumer needs. 4 like coupons per household per day doesn't exactly seem like a harsh restriction IMO.
