If you watched traffic reports on TV this morning, you'd see just how backed up traffic was. Channel 5 had their helicopter over the area. I road the South Shore train this morning, we rode past the accident site and over the expressway, and traffic was indeed backed up as far as the eye can see. Giant Head owes the Times an apology, their reporting was correct.
