- It is unfortunate that RK and MGs poor behavior had to go public. Support the rest of the department and make those two be accountable for heir actions. They need to retire

- Again, get your facts right. The law suits against the town have been initiated by "criminals" who are looking for a payday. Check out other towns and cities, our law suits are minimal (and often unwarranted) compared to other towns our size. The issues with Ron and Mike should not start a lashing out at the entire department. The Griffith police offficers are dedicated, talented, and caring individuals. These officers havent received a pay increase in years, they work long shifts without adequate staffing, no holidays or weekends off for the police officers. Most of us would not want to do their job. Ron and Mike bullied their subordinates, and Hector was there for the ride. There are plenty of good officers on that department to replace the dead weight. I encourage the board to pick replacements from the GPD, look at Jeff, Greg, Jim, Todd, interview them.

- True, calling Ryfa a Nazi is ignorant. We really need to think twice before using that word. However, Rick Ryfa needs to stop spouts off comments to the media before knowing all the facts. He ran for town council stating "the voters are his boss" what he really meant to say was "he will only work for the Rebpublican voters"

- About 100 people attended the meeting. 22 police officers who support the change. The safety board members, the demoted officers and their familes attended. How many people live in Griffith? Do the math, no one really cares that they were demoted, no one that matters anyway. The board should ask RK & MG to retire, our town had good men leave our department because of morale and lack of support . Don't worry Ms Arroyo, you'll adjust to your dad having to actully go to work everyday, now that his sugar daddy's are no longer in control. Jeff Gang should be the next chief, he is talented, devoted to this town, honest. reliable and fair.
