READYMIX

  1. The building permit and other permit fees for this Lake Central School project were estimated to be $1.3 million dollars.

The retarded St John Town Council waived $ 650,000 of those fees. That is $650,000 that won't go into the general fund.

Half of St John is in Hanover Township whoes children go to Hanover central School system.

The other half of St John is in St John township. Taxpayers there will have their realestae taxes go up for the $160 million dollar referendum and now will loose $650,000 from their general fund.

When you build a house in St John they won';t waive your $5000 building permit and other fees.
These councilman must be the most mentally retarded elected officials in the County. Schereville and Dyer and St John Township unincorporated don't have to pay and the residents of St john have to bear the whole tax burden.

Why is St John subsidizing a separate taxing School district at a cost of double taxation to St John Residents.
Thats what happens when the voters elect dumb officials who don't understand finances.
