Lets see. $2000 month to a company you own as a mayor for ofc space. Any other business in that ofc and what is the sq footage used. Like to know what the price per sq foot is. Might be a good investment to lease out an ofc in Portage.

"money was meant only to compensate deputy clerks who performed daily work of recording and accepting child support payments to needy children." OK...the deputy clerks whose pay is not at the top should have received that compensation. I would say Philpot is better off than all the deputy clerks and you would think he would have given to those employees who are not better off. Thats what disgusts me most out of all this.
