The idea appears very creative. President Obama wants to develop more waste to energy plants and Mayor Karen is trying! Good for her. Nothing says tax dollars are being used. Anything toward the goal to reduce landfills...where so many other countries have advanced...is fantastic. Why not turn our waste into an abundant natural methane supply to replenish our natural gas resources?
