  6. These types of criminals should have harsher punishments in the legal system. Those victims live with the horrific memories and flashbacks everyday. It's great that victims are coming forward and speaking up so some kind of justice is served.

Business owners still pay their personal taxes just like everyone else plus add on their various business/land taxes all the while creating jobs and helping their local communities through donations. A business like a banquet hall will overall help Lowell as a growing community and could potentially help neighboring businesses. It's amazing how some people only focus on the negative.
