Saying England has losts of African immigrants causing huge spikes and rubberies is a clear sign of delusion, infact it is very hard to find an "African" in England, mostly England has Indian and Pakistani immigrants and crime is not normally on their mind as the UK government provides free healthcare, housing, benefit schemes which gives them every luxury they could dream of. Any immigrant would not dream of losing all these benefits.
