In response to cinluhu....what happened to good old doctors is called ObamaCare....it requires physicians and medical facilities to become part of what they call "managed care organizations". Basically it all comes down to how physicians and health care organizations can bill insurance companies and how the payments can be distributed. More or less unless a physician is part of a managed care organization he is not going to receive approprriate reimbursement for his services. As with everything these days it all comes down to politics and money, but ObamaCare has multiplied the effect by trying to governmentalize healthcare!
