- Sometimes not everyone knows the facts behind a story. I did not know this man but I went to school and was friends with his daughter Keli Cleary who was a beatiful person who touched the life of everyone she met. This man had been on the wagon for years until 7 months before this tragic accident happened, his beautiful daughter literally dropped dead one day of a heart disease that even she did not know she had. Keli left behind the most adorable little girl and at only 33 and in otherwise perfect health, was only a mother for a couple years. Is this man guilty, yes, do you think for one minute he intentionally killed? absolutely not. Will sending this old man to prison for whats left of his life bring Phillip back? No. I deeply am sorry for the loss of Philip Amsden and his family, I am sorry for the loss of Jeff Cleary's daughter Keli, and I am sorry for the Cleary family who will suffer once again since Jeff's unintentionally caused his life to be over as well.
