1. I was listening to my Police Scanner: http://www.radioreference.com/apps/audio/?action=wp&feedId=3011 at the time, and knew it was bad when an officer unknowingly let family members cross the police line and another started yelling on the radio to stop the family because "the scene was not presentable for the family" My heart goes out to the family, especially the father, he will have to live with the fact his child died while in his care whether it was his fault or not, a feeling I hope I never have to endure.
