  1. For those of you that Don't know Marktown was intentionally built where it is built at. I will also like to say everyone is intitled to their opinion, but how can you have such negative feed back about a place where you don't live, haven't experienced on a day to day basis. There are gangs everywhere, there are robberies everywhere, run down house I see those even in the so called "Good" neiborhoods. Yes renters may pay "cheap" rent and there may be people still living with thier mommies and daddies. But that's what such people are thinking about, thier mommies and daddies. How are they going to start over, after having paid off thier houses and then be forced to start over? Sign a new 30 plus year mortgage that they may not be able to live to pay off. Not only that, being a born and raised Marktown resident many like myself have fond memories. Not everywhere do you know what child belongs to which house and know thier parents. Everyone looks out for everyone. This is home
