- True, but that doesn't solve the problem of easing the traffic woes up north. Have you ever been in the 80/94, I65, or Indianapolis blvd in the afternoon? Traffic is horrible.

- I've lived in Lowell most of my life and work in Chicago. If anything eases the traffic getting to work and back home I am all for it. If it brings more or higher paying jobs more accessible without having to travel that would be a gem . Its only a matter of time before Lowell becomes busier town. If you couldn't see that and wanted quiet you should have moved furher South.
