  1. Sorry to hear that anyone who does not work for a unionized business will be discriminated against. (I am a union member, but discrimination is discrimination.)

  2. I DO know this guy. He's a pompous, arrogant jerk and if he was ever truly on the wagon it didn't last as long as he claims. Take a look at his long list of DUI arrests on the Lake County website. He could have killed someone any one of those times, not to mention all the times he got trashed and didn't get caught. Even if he was on the wagon for a while, he sure wasn't on it when he killed an innocent man on the highway. I know he lost his daughter, and that is a devastating blow for anyone, but that doesn't justify killing another human being. Cleary wasn't drinking that day because he was missing his daughter, he was drinking while making a business deal. He should have been put away a long time ago after his first few arrests, maybe Mr. Amsden's family would still have their Father, Husband, and Grandpa. I feel for Cleary's family, they have suffered because of this jerk, too. As far as Jeff goes, I hope they lock him up and throw away the key. I hope the Amsden family files their civil suits soon. It's not over, Jeff.

  3. "With all the trucks, Jeff couldn't move over".
Yeah, that's a good reason to just keep on going and mow down whoever happens to be in your way. Know what I do when those big, nasty, make believe, imaginary trucks won't let me merge? I STOP, AND WAIT FOR THEM TO GO BY.
Good riddance, this guy has been a time bomb for years. Too bad he had to kill an innocent man who was out trying to provide for his family before he got put away. Do the right thing, Judge - throw the book at him so that he serves the max, so that his "good behavior", "rehabilitation", "model prisoner", and "jail overcrowding" sentence reductions don't get him back on the streets (or into the bars) anytime soon.

  4. Who in the world would care what Marcia Clark thinks? She and her team blew one of the biggest slam dunk cases in history, she should be sweeping the floors instead of giving legal opinions of any kind. She's famous for being a nitwit.
