I read about half of the comments and one thing that keeps sticking out (to me). People who keep saying the child was not locked or kept in the bathroom, the child was using the bathroom. If that is the case then what your are saying is these people are openly using pot in front of the kid? Seems that these parents think contact high for a 3 year old is ok. People trying to defend the criminals in this case. Sorry, I just don't get it.
