As Team Hammond said before, the Federal agencies have been notified of everything that was mentioned by Dutches and much more but they refuse to intervene. An underling with the FBI said that no matter what evidence they bring forward to their superiors, they have a hands off attitude. In otherwords Mcdermott's influence has even infiltrated the federal Agencies to where the Feds accept bribes and refuse to investigate any of the corruption in Hammond. That's just the way our system works the Agent told us. Corruption all of the way up the ladder. Resign Mr Capp if you can't stomach going after Mcdermott.

The Feds have known about this for a long time now but refuse to take action because the ones in charge Capp and FBI higher ups will not act . The lower echelon of these agencies have brought these issues up to their superiors but the top brass have a hands off attitude. There can be millions of dollars of questionable money disappearing in the City of Hammond yet they will go after and indict a token Salinas. Technically all of the councilman who receive casino money hire those contractors who support them in some way. Salinas is being singled out because he is the least sharpest knife in the drawer. As Team Hammond says we are better off having the state control the casino money. Mcdermott should have to forfeit the $500K in his war chest because it is technically casino money. Speed Racer you need to send your information to the media and hopefully they will print enough to get someone You may create a loud enough outcry that the Feds have no other choice tthan to become interested. That is the way it works!!!!!!!

There are those who are really angry in the FBI who want to check out your stories but their superiors won't allow it. That means the top people in our Federal Government are being paid off so not to check Mcdermott and his CRIME ORGANIZATION of thugs. Its amazing how the illegal $500K that Mcd got illegally is being used to pay our Federal people to lay off. The Irish Mafia is intimidating at all levels and the Federal Gov't payoffs are sickening and need special prosecutors to take a look at this immediately. The Feds for some reason allow wholesale corruption is Hammond year after year. There are so many abuses and corruption in Hammond yet they won't investigate. Mcdermott Sr owes the IRS nearly 3 million dollars yet he is still being paid for consultant work without any regard for paying these overdue taxes whatsoever. Junior continues to steer business his way. . The Federal Government really has become a laughing stock in Northwest Indiana for allowing corruption to continually grow out of control especially in Hammond. What a joke!.

Okay Dan Djoric here is the rub. The Times , The Gary Post, the radio,WJOB etc are forbidden by their owners not to print or say anything negative about the Mayor due the extensive amount of Casino money that is paid for advertising. During the past week Mcd came under sharp criticism in Indianapolis for not supporting the Democratic ticket wholeheartedly.. The reason the Mayor wouldn't support Gregg and Donnelly is because they would not give the Lake County Dem Party the $50,000 that he demanded from them. Clinton therefore had no choice but to try to get McD on board by schmoozing him the way he did. It worked. It is not by accident that the local media did not report these anti Mcd events that occurred in Indpls this past week. Only good new is reported when it comes to the Mayor. Believe me when I say it is well known that Mcd is despised by the Indiana State Democeatic Chairman and others in the Dem Party throughout the state. That is the rub Djoric

To put it bluntly the IRS and FBI know that American Structure Point is paying Tom Mcdermott Senior 10s of thousands of dollars yet they won't confiscate that money even though he owes the IRS $2million. This makes the Feds look like buffoons. Whitings Mayor is also a part of the scam with American Structure Point and he is aware by using them Mcdermott Sr is being paid thousands of dollars. Stay clear of Tom Sr.

Why did Aaron Mcdermott get a pardon from Mitch Daniels for drug conviction sales in Bloomington Indiana and why does Tom Mcdermott senior still owe 2 million dollars to the IRS when he is raking in thousands from American Structure Point? Shame on Tom Jr for steering Structure Point business to his father. Come on IRS this is illegal. Why are you patronizing the Mayor?

Yes it was a great effort with the 35 volunteers cleaning the river area today. It is a shame that Tom Dabertin takes undeserved credit after walking around for 5 minutes and leaving without lifting a finger to help. Politics shows no boundaries. Shame on him!!

Good for Jesse. Why hasn;t the times ever made public Aaron Mcdermott's (Tom's brother) pardon by Governor Daniels for being convicted for dealing drugs while he was in college at IU Bloomington. Daniels has only given 6 pardons while he was Governor. Why can't others get pardons???? It is wrong. Maybe Mr. Dolan can dig that Pardon out. It is a matter of public record.
