Actually those of us in the "unincorporated" pay way more than I'm sure you do. Check out the homes in Damon run district. What they just did screwed us even more. The more hook ups Damon run gets then the cheaper our over priced taxes get. Thanks to the idiots that run this town those of us in Damon run are now technically paying taxes to develop a land twice. The tax money they are using to expand Chesterton is tax money out of my pocket. Damon run is already there and that is tax money out of my pocket. So I get to pay double???

It's failed to be noted that not only are Damon run residences paying a tax for that but we are also paying tax for CEDIT. Cause yes that's coming from our tax money. So we are paying twice for the development???? In my eyes it was priceless to hear a commissioner (in a private email) tell me that Damon run was a "cost driven BUISNESS." I'd love to meet the person who is getting money from all this since they don't exist. These commissioners are a joke. I will not be voting for a single one of them again.
