Every dept has there problems, in the end of the day all that matters is serving the community and doing it well.. And they have done that so far. if they have problems in their dept they are doing a good job on hiding it.. all im saying is they are a good dept... and fyi i did hear both sides

No one would want to pay more taxes that makes no sense at all. The Dyer fire dept is a great dept and they can handle the growing of the city just fine

there is no way it took them 30 mins to get there, Dyer has one of the best response time in Lake County.

The Dyer Fire Dept has some great firemen. they are professional on what they do and would not trade those firemen for any other ones. They do there job right and have a good management. I got to talk to some of the younger guys at the Dyer fest and they were very polite and knew what they were talking about. No need to make a change... Keep up the good work guys and be safe.
