I think all political personnel that accept office, should be mandated to participate and follow the guidelines. what are they afraid of by not participating? Or, what will be discovered?

Ethic Advisory Commission, shares with 7 member communities? Why are Gary and Hammond missing from this? taxpayer money is wasted and two cities so close to each other are not participating? Food for thought, most certainly............
