My nameis Mark Lemus and I have known Phil Splant for 26 years. He has always been a big part of my life from building to racing them we did it all. From short track racing at Raceway Park to track championship at Illiana Motor Speedway, racing for babies. I am so honored to be a part of such a team led by Phil himself and wife Kim.
