Shockingly low? This is Lake County; why is anyone shocked? It has been like this for a very long time. People complain about who gets elected than don't vote to change anything because "my 1 vote doesn't count" or "The same crooks always get elected." They need to get of their lazy butts, shut their mouths and vote. And things WILL change! If you can't do that then live with the mess you let in by not voting.
