  4. Can you please explain how the mayor is going to make money off the round about? BTW, there are already a lot of accidents there, and traffic movement absolutely sucks at this intersection. The round about will help alleviate the congestion, and accidents will be not as serious, as most will be sideswipes.

  5. I'm not concerned with Valpos system, it's Valpo's issue, not mine. I'm concerned about Duneland and I like what I see. Continued improvement and moving in the same direction. Some things have troubled me, but the admin was never one of them. I attribute this to Dr Baer and the board, and hope it remains similiar.

    I do wish the tax increase were minimized, but I have to trust that they did their homework and I like that they are not cutting programs. We are a pretty fiscally responsible community, and raising taxes for certain items is expected, in my opinion.

  6. Yes, true, the only thing he did for the last four years was to prepare for his placement at Purdue. That was his motivation. You'd being crying about it no matter where he went. I did not see you crying about Mayor Daley leaving and going to a no bid law firm:
