  2. It should be pretty obvious to everyone by now that Obama doesn't want to be responsible for anything. Practically every sentence that he speaks is an attempt to blame shift or detract from the issue. He clearly blames the republicans for the sequester and spread all kinds of fear about it's effect. If this is true then why did the democratically controlled senate kill both the republican and democratic bills that were presented to avoid the sequester? It's all about trying to make the republicans look bad. It's a sham plain and simple.

  4. Calm down people and stop over reacting to some stupid comments on a chalk board. Our society uses references to guns for countless reasons, and that appears to be what this is. "Top gun, take your best shot, stick to your guns" and the list goes on and on. Yes he should have been more selective in what words he used to convey his frustration, but other than that let it go.

  5. Agreed. We shouldn't make laws because it gives us a warm fuzzy feeling. The title of the act itself makes it sexist. Singling out any person or group of persons based on gender, race, etc is discriminatory. Just reading the title implies that women are lesser creatures and need special protection.

  7. Mantis and Alacran are on the money. Laws like this are sexist, and should be handled on a state level. I can't believe that women actually support and condone laws like these.
