And while you're giving the people that are here ILLEGALLY an "opportunity to become a legal citizen the proper way", what are you going to tell the immigrant waiting in line that ACTUALLY IS doing it the proper way? "Sorry, I know you did it ALL legally, but we're too lazy to do what's right. We're going to do the easy thing and let the illegal get in line in front of you." Any measure that puts illegals ahead of people legally waiting in line is a just a ploy to pander votes.
