- To the friends and family who are speaking about your experiences with Kottka, Gulley, and Arroyo. Your experiences are based solely upon personal and social situations you have shared with them. Perhaps it would be wise for you to view this situation from the view of an outsider as you have absolutely no experience of these men as administrators or officers. It appears the board acted within its rights and was supported by the town council and police personnel. Your less than informed opinion of these men in a professional sense, fueled by the misguided rally spurred by the immediate family members of these officers, has caused you unwarranted concern that might become an embarrassment to you in the future. In my opinion the fact that these men allowed their family members to blindly defend them shows they have no honor and did not deserve the positions they held.
