- IM glad thease people are off the streets and that the child was takeing away from the mother and grand mother. What kind of parent locks there kid in a bathroom and smokes weed. Some people should have never been parents and thease are one of them. putting getting HIGH before your kid is bull. I dont all ways agree wtih the laws some times but they are the laws and to be flowed. If you brake them then you will pay the price and I dont want to hear you cry when you do. you know better. An adult knows right from wrong. And so did the 4 here but they chose wrong and I hope they pay. If the kid was not involved I would not be so up set but sence you have a kid around that enviroment then I hope they lock you up and throw away the key. Good job Portage for takeing thease low lifes off the streets and getting that child away from them That mother should never see her kid agen. The kid should go to a family that will take care of him right. And for all of you that dont like the police then no one is stoping you from leaving this country to get away from them. So quit your bitching because if you dont like the police meens you are doing something you should not be doing. I should know. I spent 3 years in prison and a year on parole. I did my time and got out and compleated my parole with no troubles because I flowed the laws of this country and I dont blame the police for doing there jobs. SO GET A LIFE or just keep thinking the way you do and it wont be long before you join the 4 in jail.

- He is charged with sexual misconduct for inappropriately touching this 15 year old girl on multiple occasions. He is 19 she is 15 years old. 4 years difference between ages. The thing is were they having a relationship together and did she allow him to touch her and just get mad at him and for revenge go to the police to make him pay no one will know. There is not much of an age limit there between the two but there are laws in affect in this state and he should have known that and flowed that. We may not like it but that is life. He is considered an adult and is not supposed to be with anyone under the age of 16 years old without parents consent. Now the news says this is not the first time this has happened. He was charged as a juvenile for a similar situation in Nevada and that could be the reason for him moving to Indiana. And if this is the case and he is doing this then something needs to be done because we know this is how sexual predators start I’m not saying that he is one but now having this happen twice to him it may be time for him to seek help before it is to late and jail don’t all ways help jail can make it worst. He might need to get mental health help instead and he should be monitored. We were 19 years old at one point and we all know we did not use our brains very good at that age and made bad choices. Got to remember we were still in that teen age thought of mind.

- This is bull. A judge here in lake county by the name of Diane Boswell Declined to extradite a Child Molester From Texas For molesting a 11 year old girl in Highland in 2009. This person that we allowed to be on the bench to be a judge decided over money cost and allowed Texas to release Enriaue marks Jr. instead of bringing him to justice here in lake county where he is charged with a C-Felony Child molesting Now he is a free man in Texas and able to do this to another child because Lake County does not want to bring him back because $1,400.00 Cost is to much. The Family of the girl said that they would pay the cost to bring him back for prosecution but the county refused. Diane Boswell Needs to be removed from the bench she has allowed a molester back on the street and refused to do her job as a judge. This is bull . Just shows you if you comet a crime in lake county and go to another state they wont give a care in the world. Well I tell every one who reads this Call the lake county courts and ask to speak to Judge I don't give a care about the safty of children Diane Boswell and demand that she do her job and bring this child moslester to justice or remove her self from the stand and allow another judge to do there job the right way.
