- I can't help but laugh at the above comments because they are oh so true. Every time Hebron makes an attempt to clean up their image it just ends up worse than what it was to begin with. I used to know a few officers that worked for that department back in the 90s. Back then it was nothing but a small town police department. Now it looks like they just hire the bottom feeders to fill seats that a qualified person neds to fill. Image is everything and obvioulsy there is a touch of an image problem with that department. Let them try to have guages in the Marines. End up with a drill instructor ripping them out lol. Police are supposed to reflect an image of the town, whether it be on duty or off duty. When you look like a mess in uniform one can only speculate how you look off duty.
