I see absolutely nothing wrong with this test taking place. There have been to many situations in the past few years with students making the "wrong decision" and attending a dance. It only takes one to screw it up for everyone else, but if this is a way to curtail kids from making the wrong decision, I say....go for it!

Thank goodness. Had a cortisone shot years ago and swore that was the last time I would ever get one again. Maybe this new device will help more people when they have to get the dreaded shot.

Agree with you 100%. Gerodemos changed the food so much, we have never been back. Even bragged about how great the food was to friends on a previous visit only to be embarassed when we took them in and found the change. Terrible food, so NO the smoking ban DID NOT close this once fine establishment!

Coach Nick.....there are not enough words to describe this man. From the hallowed halls of Whiting High, on the football field at Ray P. Gallivan stadium, to the car in driver's ed. What a fantastic teacher and coach. You kept the classroom laughing with your dry humor, your players giving you there all and who can ever forget you and your candy. If you had candy you were a happy man!!!! We even left you candy in your unlocked car when we TP'd your house during the football season!!!!!
Coach, you were the best and I truly appreciate having you for a teacher. Oiler Nation loves you and this award is long overdue. Congratulations!!!!!

It helped to make your college decision to attend Alabama because they are giving you the most money, while the other schools were not. I don't think "roll tide" would have been the choice for all the NMF if the almighty dollar wasn't waved in front of their faces. Who passes up ND, Duke, Vanderbilt for Alabama??? So as the saying goes......money really does talk!!

How sad that this man is clueless that he should have retired a long time ago. But then again, if you go to any of his basketball games, he is sitting on the bench while his assistant runs the show. I believe it is time for the sake of the student athletes that he steps down and lets some new young blood take his place. He, like other long term coaches/teachers at CHS, are stale and need to go.

Congratulations to Sara. Pretty amazing that this is the second year in a row that a Chesterton High School senior was accepted into the Naval Academy. Besides the commitment by each student, the teachers are doing something right at CHS.

Several years ago, I sent my son to one of Palombizio's b-ball camps. It should have been called Delray Brooks camp since he did all the work while Dan slept. Not a very good impression was left on the young boys who attended.
