  3. Timescomment---that does sound reasonable. I've heard of people who got into a fight which led to gunshots and (if they have a conscience) have been regretful immediately.

  4. I can't believe how many people think you really need to actually see the murder or find the weapon to convict someone. They have just about every other kind of evidence against him. His own friends are testifying against him and yet some people really still think he is innocent?
    Remember Lorraine Kirkley who was murdered by David Malinski and they didn't even have a body and he was convicted and later gave a jailhouse confession.
    Geez!. He was with her that day, he had motive as he told his friend Brandon, he has access to a gun (which just happens to be missing), she was found 900 feet from his house, someone saw him on the road home from moving her car, he acted strange even to his friends and there is so much more and yet you could wonder if he's guilty???? Wake UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. To the Dustin sympathizers: Change the name from Amanda to your sister/daughter/nieces name and then look at all that has been said and see if you might change your mind. No one wants to believe that someone they know could do this--but WAKE UP! All the jurors who let OJ go knew he was guilty--but made it a black/white thing. Who cares--if she was white and he was black and a celebrity-- they mocked our justice system! It was a walking joke--because anyone that had any common sense knew OJ got away with murder.

  7. Slowly it is all coming together and he should get punished for this. There was plenty of circumstantial evidence against OJ as there is against this punk. His dad is a bigger lowlife than the son for covering up for him. Amanda had a life and deserved to live it! No mercy for this thug!
