  1. Last I noticed a town of highland truck is either Maroon or if you want to call it red that is fine, but not brown...so that joke is on you for making yourself look stupid.

  2. LOL...no wasn't sleeping with YOUR co-worker( as I do not work there), but I am not sure if you even know whether you work there or are retired, you kind of need to get your story straight. And if you do or did work there, you need to figure out whether you love Highland and their great town council, their great public work, etc. because you can't seem to keep that straight either. You have talked about how Highland has a great public work, but then you also talked about how they are a bunch of riff rafts....you can't have it both ways. So when you figure out where you really stand, take your BIGTOE out of your *&^ and let the rest of us no,

  3. Hey Bigmouth, there were several eyewitness to this, so that already proves he (BJ) is guilty as guilty comes. So, until you know the ins and outs of this story, I think you should be the one to keep your trap shut. He is GUILTY.....enough said!!!!!!

  4. It all comes down to the way he handled the allege sleeping of the employee. Kicking a table and causing harm to a person is not the way and I am sure the Town people that are paying his salary don't appreciate him treating people this way.

  5. I can't believe that he hasn't been suspended for further investigation. No, instead he is off having a good old time with Mr. Bach in Indy on the tax payers money. If it was any other employee that would have done this, they would have gotten fired immediately.

  6. Bird, how could any employee be passed up for this position when it was never offered to anyone from within, which is ridiculous. Instead of promoting from within they hired this yahoo and are spending the tax payers money to train him. Shouldn't someone who holds this position know the ins and outs on how things work down at the garage. Most times when you get to this position, you have to work your way up, not just slide right into the seat. Should he have had to work out on the roads in the heat and cold before being able to sit behind a desk in a warm or cool comfy office. Guess is pass to have friends in the right places and not have to EARN your position...or does it!

  7. You only think its exaggerated because you weren't there to witness. He is guilty of kicking that table. Nobody deserves to work in a hostile work environment and that is what he gave them, a hostile attitude that was seen by many. And those employees have been working hard busting their butts for many years before this clown came along.

  8. You people who think that BJ did nothing wrong are crazy. No employer should be able to batter a coworker, that is just immoral and unprofessional. It is sad that this is the guy that was chosen by the town council for this position. This guy had not one ounce of public works experience in his bones. How dare you, the high and mighty town council, not promote from within! Nothing like a slap in the face to many that have given many years and many hours of their time to help make that town run as it does today. There are numerous employees that have the experience and years of service to fulfill that position. It would have been an easier transition to fill with someone who already knew the ins and outs, instead of spending the towns time and money to train this guy. Instead, someone got their buddy a nice cushy desk job, as the rest keep busting their butts trying to get to the top. He has no business in this position...he is not qualified and has no people skills to do so. So the question is..was the employee sleeping on the job, if so he was in the wrong, but really BJ, to kick a table to get his attention, think there could have been a much better way to handle this, and I am sure right now you are kicking yourself, as you should be.
