  2. Thanks for relating without even knowing him and not believing everything STUPID that is put in the paper I was actually told that if my kid broke anything make sure it was only something really expensive I actually felt the NEED to get out of there. Some one I know also had a similar experience with them throwing an expensive item on the counter that they didnt want to buy...exactly why? I left in 5 minutes I was scared and followed the WHOLE time. I dont know how they make any money and TRUST me they are NOT that friendly family they portray in their facebook picture, thats actually the reason I went in there..boy was I wrong.

  3. The more I think of this the more it infuriates me!! Not only do I not believe any of this for one second hes disabled, walks with a limp, is a family man with no criminal history, a threat to no one and is barely 5'7 and 160 pounds! Hes been through so much and this is pitiful a prime example of police prying on the weak and defenseless... What a shame hope those 6'4 300 pound guys are proud of themselves.....

  4. Ok really? I personally know this man too and this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever read, and yes they were HIS coins for the person who asked the question, now you dont have to WONDER anymore. I ALSO have been to this "pawn shop" and no offense but just as Flyer I had a terrible experience. They used curse words at me told me my items were S@#T, it was also the really huge guy he actually made me feel scared and extremely uncomfortable. I would fire my employee on the spot for speaking to customers that way just goes to show how much they value them. The place is so small and they follow you around like you are some kind of criminal, did I mention I even had my small child with me? I asked how much something cost and I know they heard me but completely ignored me and walked away. You are EXACTLY right The Big Giant Head! Portage is the Id bet my own money the giant man did the same thing to this customer. Here is some bit of advice they could benefit from:

"A customer is the most important visitor on our premises, he is not dependent on us. WE are dependent on him. He is not an interuption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so." - GHANDI
