- Let's see, this would be Donald Hudgin's THIRD offense of dog fighting, Rolando Davidson's SECOND offense and Willie McCray is yet another offender. When is the legal system hand down a harsh enough system to stop this cruelty. Hudgin's was sentenced to two years in Will County, gets out, busted again in Chicago and now in Dolton. So nice to see Dart back in the news with a case handed to him by another police department.
