  1. purdueboiler06 you disgust me, people of your kind disgust me. You need to get your head out of you know where. First off, yes the driver was drunk and he's from Calumet Township. But the fact of the matter is where he is from does not even matter, so I can right off the bat tell your ignorant by how many times you MENTIONED GARY. I would not like to know who you are because you may be someone I know which would make me some what sick to my stomach. Yes, he mad a poor decision by getting behind the wheel drunk. Yes, the officer after witnessing what she did, had the right to pull him over to ensure his safety and others. But, with the amount of accidents that have occured on this high way along with accidents that have occured because of officers 'by the text' routine stops, this could have been prevented if that had changed. IF, she wasn't sticking out, this probably never would have happened. SO NO the fact that this driver was pulled over because he was appearing to drive intoxicated does NOT mean it was his fault nor does that make him a bad person. Before you go talking your mind, remember that when you talk about someone, you are talking about someone's child, sibling, etc. Be respectful in what you post, do not be ignorant. You do not know this man, all you saw in the paper was that it said he was from GARY, so you automatically went to your judgemental comments and went on a rant. Respect is what we need to have.
