This is incredible 40 eye witnesses and people that were NOT there are still talking. People saw what happend and it was NOT what was reported and that is why so many are so angry!
The officer and medic stood by while others worked on the young man that is what happened!
And no one on here is talking bad about all police/fire/ems people this was a specific incident involving specific people that 40 people happened to witness! You can cry foul all you want but people were there and saw exactly what went on. Although the medic did do a good job communicating too BAD it was to say that the victim was dead! Thank God no one listened and continued working on him.

This is yet another erroneous and bad Times story! You need to interview the people at the gym that were there. The first responders did nothing but watch the manager perform CPR on the victim if it wasn't for him the person would probably have died. This story is focusing on the WRONG people. Everyone at the gym that night WILL attest to this if you just ask! It also shows a lack of effort and professionalism on the responders part. Someone should seriously
look into this before this happens again.
