  1. You're mad that her parents did what? They weren't the ones behind this. The civil case hasn't heven happened yet. They haven't gotten any money from this. And in case you were wondering, her parents were the ones behind the plea deal that Ali got. They didn't want to drag anyone through a trial. They didn't want her in jail for years. They didn't give her the felony. You really have no idea what you're talking about when it comes to the Mercaldo's. None.

    And, just wondering, did the change in Ali come before or after she was out partying less than a week after Kelly was in the ground? Before or after she was arrested, again, for partying and drinking? Or when she claimed she was remorseful during her statement but blamed everyone but herself? Just curious.

  2. None of you have any idea what you're talking about, including The Times. This article is incorrect and lacking information. First of all, the Mustang did not belong to Kelly. Second, her family has not received tons of monies from this situation. Third, another passenger of the car, who stayed conscious the entire time, has stated over and over that she and Kelly were both pleading for her to stop the car at the time of the crash. The sentence was not supposed to be convenient for her, but rather to make her family understand what it feels like to not have your child home for the holidays (although it's far from the same, at least they will see her again). Over the next three years she is forced to go speak to high school students with a speech (approved by the judge) that explains what it was like to go through this. However she is not allowed to talk about herself except to say what it sounds like to hear the bars slam shut every night in jail. She must discuss with them how she destroyed this family and what the consequences of her actions were. Also, Kelly's mother wrote her testimony. All of it. None of you know, you'll never know. Stop judging.

  4. It's actually relatively normal to pay up front in the wedding business. Some places let you make payments, some don't. Even David's bridal required me to pay in full for my bridesmaid dress before I'd even laid eyes on it.
