The story says that The cable television coordinator has not been able to work because of illness since 2011. This is not correct Mr Barreiro has been ill since 2007 and before. This begs the question, why was he not put on disability back then?

Carol Moore said that the committee members are all professional producers of TV programing. What is professional about spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on literally nothing? What is professional about not meeting for years? This committee failed to identify cable coordinator Mark Barreiro as an amazingly sub-par video coordinator for 20 years. Any real video professional would have been able to identify his as a just plain bad video editor and producer after seeing the quality of his work in about 2 hours. Most of these professionals were unaware that this board still existed a year and a half ago.

Hopefully the town board will start to realize that MUNCAB has one major problem. An incompetence problem.
