- Can someone please explain to me why this monster was given a plea deal? Wasn't there an older sister who first alerted someone that Christian was dead? I was under the impression the initial stories about what happened came from her. Why would anyone take Kubina's word on what happened? Notice she places herself away from the house when Christian dies? She's just an innocent bystander in all of this. Yeah right! They are all guilty of this poor little boys murder.....
