  1. have been doing this since I was in six grade. My whole family helps me put this together( which includes construction workers and welders). I was in the paper 2 years ago for the same thing and they didn't have a problem with it. It just isn't fair that they can stop me from showing the public when there was only 4 days till we opened. If it would of been okay if it happen a couple weeks ago (September) when we started building. I do not charge for the haunted house and never would. I take the money and donate it because of the the years so many people have help my mom and I. I had a kidney transplant that I received from my mom. Then my mom got breast cancer less than a year later. I understand they are just following the rules but they shouldn't be able to do it 4 days before we open.I am 20 years old. I've been doing this for 8 years and open publicly 3 years ago and all this legal stuff is starting now. I don't charge never have that's the other haunted house. So why am I getting shut down when all I do donate and set aside a minute portion that goes right back into it the following year. This has never been for profit just something that I love to do with my family every year especially the last few with everything that has been happening. I'm not blaming anyone I just wish I would of know earlier so I didn't promote it soooo much and had to tell everyone sorry.
