- I keep hearing reference to a female voice the night of Amanda's murder. Stress can make your voice high pitched. Isn't it possible that it was Dustin's voice and stress over the reality of what he had just done caused his voice to become higher? This seems like such a likely scenario to me yet I have not seen it mentioned anywhere. I would think to dispute those saying that he did not act alone this may be brought up as a viable explanation for the woman thinking she heard two voices.
