1)it's easy to mask an IP. 2)some people have dynamic IP's. 3)slander or slanderous as you put it would be completely wrong as nothing here has been spoken. I believe you mean "libel" (according to the law anyways). And just like officer Homoky's crime according to the paper. All statements here are "alleged" [hows that for a disclaimer] 4)by subpoena for no reason would be breach of the TOS upon sign up of this website where the paper clearly states no personal e-mail will be given out in which case would draw more unnecessary attention to this charming city in what I'm sure would be an amazing law suit.

With that being said I am not a police officer but its nice to see how you guys throw each other under the bus the first chance you get. I thought there was this great brotherhood. It seems people are letting personal grievances cloud their judgements and actions. As just an observer I think the HPD should be ashamed oh themselves for letting this come to this. But who can blame them under the poor leadership of the Mayor. Yes, I said the MAYOR. I hope this comes back to haunt those who have clearly used poor judgement in this situation. And I'm not referring to Officer Homoky either. Shame on you all.
