Residents say Flint neighborhoods need more attention

Flint resident Frank Robertson has lived in the city for more than 35 years and sees how conditions have deteriorated for people in parts of the city. Standing outside of the car wash his family owns, Robertson said Flint residents have a lot of pride and won't be driven out of the city.
