Youngstown steadfast through community plan, changing image

A steel mill once owned by Youngstown Sheet and Tube Co. sits abandoned in Campbell, Ohio, just outside of Youngstown. The building, now owned by CASTLO Community Improvement Corp., is scheduled for demolition.
