Details for ERate Invitation to Bid 2020

INVITATION TO BID Notice is hereby given that Portage Township Schools (PTS) will receive sealed bids for proposals to supply infrastructure equipment. Bidders are advised that this project will be contingent upon district approval and the successful obtaining of E-Rate funding and the contract agreement between the school district and the successful bidder must recognize that contingency. All bids will be received by email to Attorney Ken Elwood (kenelwood@rhameandelwood.com), attorney for the District, on or before 2:00PM CST on March 6, 2020. The inbox receipt time shall determine when a bid is received. A public bid opening will then occur at 5:00PM CST March 9 at the Administration Office for Portage Township Schools at 6240 U.S. Highway 6, Portage, Indiana 46368, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Bid Documents and Requirements are on file and may be obtained from the Universal Service Administrative Co. to view FCC Form 470 at https://data.usac.org/publicreports/Forms/Form470Rfp. Bids must be submitted pursuant to the requirements outlined in the aforementioned Form 470 notice. All proposals and bids must include the certifications stated in the District's Form 470 notice. The Board of School Trustees of Portage Township Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
