Get Screened for AFib Wednesday, February 12; 9-11 am Hobart Family YMCA 601 W. 40th Place, Hobart Friday, February 14; 9-11 am Valparaiso Family YMCA 1201 Cumberland Crossing, Valparaiso St. Mary Medical Center is offering free AFib screenings at the Hobart, Portage and Valparaiso YMCAs. Each screening includes a one-minute fingertip EKG and AFib risk assessment. Those found to be at risk for AFib will be referred to a cardiologist for follow-up. No registration necessary. Free screenings are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
