PATHWAYS TO EMPLOYMENT JOB READINESS TRAINING ALL-INCLUSIVE YOUTH - AGES 16 – 24 Everyone is unique. Different people have different abilities. We Understand. This new all-inclusive program, provided by TradeWinds Services, helps youth overcome barriers that might have prevented them from finding jobs in the community. OUR GOAL – to prepare program participants to obtain and maintain employment in the community. Consistent employment can help improve self-sufficiency and overall quality of life. Program includes paid training (up to 6-weeks) while you learn: • Job Readiness & Financial Literacy • Paid Work Experience (up to 6 weeks) • Job Search & Placement • Follow-up Services OUR COMMITMENT: to provide the program participants we serve and employers with exceptional support and be a valuable community resource.
