Toast & Jam focuses on fresh and homemade menu items as well as interesting and eclectic breakfast and lunch offerings—an assortment of benedicts (crab or pork in a siracha hollandaise), skillets, breakfast specialties like its poblano casserole and breakfast po' boys, omelets and classics--country fried steak and eggs and pork chops and eggs.
There’s also homemade jams including a flavor of the month.
“We like to do things the old-fashioned way,” says Cappas. “That’s what we’re about.”
